PageSmith PDF

Hundreds of PDFs to split, merge
and stamp — one file at a time is the slow way.

Online PDF tools want your legal and financial documents on their server, by subscription. PageSmith runs the page operations on whole batches, by rule, on your own computer — then re-opens every output and proves the result in a written report.

What it runs, in one batch

The re-check report

Every output is re-opened and force-parsed page by page. The report confirms the file opens, the page count matches, page conservation adds up (split parts sum back to the source; a merge equals the sum of its inputs), rotations really landed, and the watermark is really on every page. Inputs that can't be opened are listed as problems — never silently dropped.

Verified, not vibes

Seeded acceptance suite (10-page document + 4-page document with a blank page and a pre-rotated page): one batch of 6 operations produced 10 outputs, 10 verified — merge 10 + 4 = 14 pages with order intact, rotate +90° exact, watermark confirmed on all 10 pages. The re-check caught a deliberately truncated output, a fake PDF and a page-count mismatch. 20 of 20 acceptance checks pass.
